1. Submit your online application on GetInvolved. This consists of a handful of questions–answer honestly and to the best of your ability, but be yourself!

2. ​If you are selected for an interview, you will be notified via email.

   • Follow the instructions in this email to schedule your interview in the timeframe.​

3. Attend your interview at the scheduled time/place. The point of your interview is for you to get to know the FLO, and for the FLO's staff to get to know you. This allows both parties to evaluate whether they are a good fit for each other!

4. ​Submit your preferences form. Even if you are only applying to one FLO, you need to submit this form. If you do not include a FLO on your preferences form, you will no longer be considered for admission to that FLO.

5. You will then be notified via email which FLO (if any) you were admitted to!

6. You should receive more information on next steps and getting started in your FLO shortly after your selection.
